Testimonials
"Our dentist referred us to Dr. Nair for extraction of three teeth from my daughter Isabelle's mouth. Isabelle has a condition called Cystic Fibrosis and she is very apprehensive. She requires special care. Dr. Nair took the time to give her the best treatment. Isabelle has almost no memories of what happened and she was not scared. I would strongly recommend Dr. Nair to everyone." - Mrs. France Tonolli, Burnaby, BC

CT scanner
Our in-office Cone beam imaging 3D technology is superior to the conventional xrays. It gives us a 3 dimensional image of a 3 dimensional object whereas an xray is a 2 dimensional image of a 3 dimensional object. It makes certain procedures more predictable and safer.

ISQ device for measuring implant stability
Osstell ISQ uses RFA (Resonance Frequency Analysis) as a method of measurement of implant stability.

Operating microscope
The dental microscope is unparalleled in its ability to provide an intensely illuminated, magnified image of the operating site.

Piezo ultrasonic surgery
The increased safety with which delicate surgical procedures can be performed is one of the greatest benefits of piezo ultrasonic technology; soft tissues are not harmed if touched by the tip. Hard and soft tissues are cut at different frequencies, and with the instrument's tip vibrating at ultrasonic frequencies tuned for hard tissues, it provides a "selective cut" that enables the clinician to cut hard tissues while sparing fine anatomical structures.

Computer guided surgery
I have used this modality of treatment but almost never use it anymore as it has kinks and the increased cost is not justified. I however do believe that it is a useful tool for operators with lesser experience and in some limited cases.

Lasers
The laser can be used to make exact incisions in select surgical cases resulting in faster healing.
